We want to hear from you if you are having medical problems. These medical problems include any ill defined symptoms, health complaints, and or diagnosed medical problems that might be related to military service.
Here at Gulf Vets Survey we have identified a need to engage the public at large and media outlets around the world. Your assistance in filling out this survey will count and be sincerely appreciated by the veterans.
We are anxious for the results for this survey. We want the veterans who suffer ill defined symptoms of exposure to Hazardous Materials to know that professional people and civilians do in fact care. If you or your company can help, please let us know.
We are asking each of you to pass the location of this survey questionnaire to any veteran or their families who are experiencing health problems as a result of serving in Bosnia, the Gulf Wars, or other overseas military activities. We need feedback from you. Please help us reach as many health impaired veterans as possible.
Please help us assemble statistics on the type of health damage combat veterans are suffering from. Family members are welcome to complete the surveys if the veteran cannot do it themselves.
Please help us establish what percentage of children and spouses are experiencing health problems brought home from combat areas. Any member of the family can complete this survey. This type of survey on family members becoming ill was never done for veterans prior to Operation Desert Storm. We expect that the greatest usage at this time will be by Operation Desert Storm families but we could be surprised.
These are the most heart breaking results of conducting warfare without ethical controls. Please help us collect some statistics which may set legislation in motion for a better future.
This Survey is for the Veterans to fill out in order to become more aware of their own bodies. The results we get from each of you that take it will give us percentages that we can use in reports to media and to elected officials. You, the Veteran, benefit by taking a close review of what is occurring in your own body. It might be good if you print it off and start your own medical file.
If you are now taking the continuation of symptoms survey, we complement you for taking an interest in your own health and for the benefit of a whole group of veterans that we will be able to give summary data for those that participate. The more surveys filled out the better, so help spread the word please.
